President Barbara Kenny and Vice President April Sabbe
Barbara lost her eldest child Stacy (Patrick) to Springfield, Oregon Police on March 31, 2019.  She was able to drive significant changes to policies and procedures in the Springfield Police Department, which she hopes has saved lives.
 
April lost her husband Remi to Washington County (Oregon) Sheriff Deputies on January 12, 2018. She is working to limit the use of military surplus equipment by local law enforcement agencies.

Treasurer: Sophia Glenn. Sophia lost her brother, Matthew, to Niles, Ohio police on January 2, 2019.

Amanda is a Supporting Member of PNWFC and offers her non-profit experience to support the families who have suffered from police violence.

Irene lost her son, Christopher to Clackamas County (Oregon) Sheriff Deputies on January 28, 2016.   She co-founded Pacific Northwest Family Circle to fight for justice for all families who have suffered from police violence.

Co-founder: Shiloh Wilson-Phelps
Shiloh lost her son, Bohdi, to Gresham, Oregon police on May 24, 2016.  She co-founded Pacific Northwest Family Circle with Irene when they met after the death of her son.
