Keaton Otis Vigil

Join us for perhaps the longest running police accountability vigil in the U.S. Started by his father Fred Bryant exactly one month after Keaton was executed by Portland police officers. 23 of 32 bullets hit Keaton Otis and he died on May 12, 2012 at the intersection of NE 6th and Halsey.
